rtemanager.js
- Manually load Smiley css so smiley icon appears in the toolvar
- setText - Add <p></p> around the specified text
- getText - Strip off <p></p> from the specified text
rtewrapper.html - Initial text for the editor is <p></p>

- In IE7/8:

- Click the 'Insert Image' button to insert an image into the editor
- Click the image to select it
- You should not see any scrollbars in IE. Note. If you right justify
the editor contents, and the image is the last thing in the editor, you
will see horizontal and veritical scrollbars. I don't have a workaround
for this, but I did update the dojo trouble ticket.
