Details: gradientfill - Use LzColorUtils.blendRGBA() method, use local alias to 
prevent with (this) {...}.

basepanel - Use local alias to prevent with (this) {...} for 
LzKernelUtils.roundrect().
    
Tests: components/demos/house.lzx runs like before in swf and html5, except the 
highlight color is applied differently by design.
