Details:
LzUtils: Add a method to convert color fractions 'prettily'.
Make format of cssfrominternal optional, heuristicate to `#`
format if no alpha, otherwise `rgb` format.
LzDebug: Update comment
LzNode, LzDefs: LzStyleIdent no longer needed, since all CSS
property values are now strings. presentAttribute defaults type
to CSS type.
CSSHandler: All property values now represented as strings.
