Summary: Fix setResource() when switching between sprite and non-sprite
resources
Bugs Fixed: LPP-9573 - DHTML: view.setAttribute("resource", res) works
incorrectly in some cases

Details: setResource() handles the case where there used to be a CSS sprite,
force unloading and force a reload of the image by bypassing the setSource()
cache.
Tests: See updated testcase from LPP-9573.
