Summary: Fix setAttribute('resource', ...) for mixed multi/single frame
resources
Bugs Fixed: LPP-9573 - DHTML: view.setAttribute("resource", res) works
incorrectly in some cases

Details: Add better comments explaining what's going on. Reuse the existing
sprite img/bg when going from a sprited/multiframe resource to single frame.
Tests: Testcase from LPP-9573 passes, debugger looks normal again.
