Fixes an Error message in the Debug window for smoketest
that does not cause the smokecheck to fail.

This message occurred:
ERROR: Unable to install <ds1/>...<handler name='oninited'
method='_initialize' reference='canvas.gLoginProcess'>", reference
context does not exist!
The <handler> referenced a nonexistent variable in its reference= attribute.
Didn't cause the test to fail, but gave a spurious error message.
The handler now references a valid reference= variable.
Tests:
Reran smokecheck and the message is gone.
