Note that an (older) version of Togawa-san's validator is checked
into the incubator in the nightly builds. I'll try to check in a more
recent version this week, and of course we'll ship Sage with the
latest version.

I got a laslzo validation package from the laszlo japan site.
It includes an email validator and some other useful validators.
Here's a link but the site is down at the moment...

Subject: [Laszlo-user] validating email addresses
hi all,
i was wondering if there is any sort of email validation available in
laszlo (not allowing emails to be entered unless in format
[EMAIL PROTECTED])?
ive been looking for a while but i cant seem to find anything. i
was just
curious as i was trying to avoid making too many calls to my business
logic (asp.net/c#).
if i have to write my own thats fine, just curious.
thanks.
