Ok, here is something strange that I just discovered.  In my app, I have a  
grid control.  If the window is too narrow to display the entire width of  
the grid, using the scroll wheel causes the window to scroll  
*horizontally*.  I can't however, get scrolling to work vertically.  I  
didn't do anything special, I just noticed when I used the scroll wheel  
that my grid was suddenly moving left and right.  Wasn't expecting that.   
I'm running under 3.2 on Windows XP.
