Hi Daniel, Yes, we are aware of the problem. One reason it takes a long time is because the is the current design does not work directly with the local file system. Instead, a compressed file is uploaded to the server via HTTP. This is great for remote development, but far from ideal when the web server is on the same machine. Please file a bug/feature request and we'll add an option to work directly with the local file system in an upcoming release.
