Tested again this morning (9:14 GMT+1) and all seems to be doing fine now.
Maybe the connection was overloaded yesterday? Although that wouldn't
explain why some of the links worked and some of them didn't in a
persistant way.
But seems all is well now.

You might want to check on the server's state. It seems to be either
very busy or down.
I can indeed download the demo, but I think these examples are prety
vital for possible future users.
It's rather demotivating to see broken sites that try to sell the same
system that is broken ;)

unnoticed errors.
