So, basically, you want admin and owner to alter the attachment.
I did a very quick search, but didn't find anything that could resemble
owner on wiki.
Just thought I'd drop the term, just in case you didn't search along that
path.

I think that's pretty usefull. If you don't want to let them delete by
everyone because you don't have a revision for them but you will give
the author of a certain article the possibilty to test things with
attachments out.
Is this at all possible with moinmoin?
