[Laszlo-user] free tools to transcode SWF to PNG or JPG?

Does the OpenLaszlo release provide command-line tools to compile SWFs 
into PNG or JPG?

Any tools that don't require the Flash Authoring environment?  Ben 
pointed me at an AS command that runs as a Command in the Authoring 
environment. 

I'm not sure what the executables other than lzc in server/bin/ are for.
