I use IDE4Laszlo, which was archived some time ago and has been activated just a
couple weeks ago. It's Eclipse-based, with preview and visual editing. 
You can download from http://www.syte.ch/en/laszlo.xml (overnight and weekend)

I also used Spket IDE before, but I missed the preview option there.
