If i can set multiple return data on it, i prefer 'returns', but it is just a
single return one, i like 'return'.

In openlaszlo, we are adding the capability of specifying the return
type of methods for
use with backends like SWF9 that allow this information. An example
could be:
<method name="update" args="when:Date" returns="Boolean">
or it might be:
<method name="update" args="when:Date" return="Boolean">
Our question: if you have a preference, which syntax do you prefer,
returns= or return= ?
