Can you use Firebug debugger in Firefox, or even better the HttpFox tracing
plugin, it might
tell you that your request is not being sent in the way you think it is?

It seems very odd that it is just one host that is having this trouble? Does
that mean that other machines can succesfully access the LPS server and
retrieve the .lzx app?? Does that machine have a broken DNS resolver or
something??
