I've been playing around with the Explorer application and noticed some inconsistencies in the edit box's.

IE8:
- CTRL-BSPACE doesn't work in IE8. Deletes the nearest "word" as it should but then places the carat back one space and any attempts to CTRL-BSPACE do not do anything.

- Some textinput controls are editable (in LaszloExplorer > Components > TextInput) but some are not. Particularly, the phone number formatted edit. This is non-editable in IE8, but works ok in FF3.

FF3

- CTRL-BSPACE doesn't work at all. CTRL flag is ignored I think since stand backspace behavior is exhibited.

IE8 & FF3

- CTRL-ARROWLEFT skips whole words but place the cursor at end of next word as opposed to beginning of next word. My experience is that the carat should is usually placed at the beginning of next word.

- Placing the cursor in a inputtext which has text in it that extends beyond the visible view causes the text to the shifted to the left, almost like its being centered, though that isn't the effect.

This was using the standard LaszloExplorer application Components > TextInput.

Are these known or should I file a bug report? Edit controls are so basic, I'm a little surprised about this.

Thanks,
