A few more details: I replaced the timer with an 'onstop' handler which seems to work better and more exact.
What would help though is a seek() that is more fine grained. A second is a looong time if you wanmt to stitch videos together. My problem still: I need to seek(0) after preload, but that leads to a slight delay when I start the play(). Any way we can speed things up ? Maybe seek(0) should reset to the first keyframe .. ?
