Man very nice site. How did you get the changing background done and the transparent menu. All in Laszlo, or is it pure Javascript? I probabaly cannot help you with your issuses as I am too new to the project here. Yet one thing you could improve is that the popup textbox is more in center and maybe you put a red line into the frame or so...
