Same issue here. We've never nailed this down, but it seems that intermittently the Barracuda thing decides to soft-reject a few emails and once they get delayed, it will never accept them. Davis and I could never get a repeatable case or find a root cause. The soft rejects seem to happen when the Firewall can't phone home.
