Hi Ross,
Well, I tried using l2h98_1p5 with and without the -no_math -html_version 3.2,math
switches. I'm now getting
Undefined subroutine &main::wrap_cmd_b called at /usr/bin/l2h98_5 line 11370
type error messages. Presumably it's seeing a command \b and not processing
it using my \newcommand{\b}. Do you need more info? ... or is this enough
to tell you what I'm doing wrong?
