Testing l2h98_2beta2 I found one new problem, which wasn't
present in l2h98_2beta:
In user defined lists everything is removed from the text except
the text of the last item of the list. I think the changes in
sub protect_useritems in latex2html around line 10400 are
responsible for this. Are this some changes regarding the
manual-processing-problem mentioned in some of the last mails?
Otherwise l2h98_2 looks really good to me. The problem with
the footnotemarks inside displaymath and pictures when attached
to math are gone. Quick job Ross. Great work! There is still
the missing BORDER="0" with displaymath. ;-)
So, at the moment l2h98_2beta2 with the old sub protect_useritems of
l2h98_2beta and "displaymath\d+|" removed from line 9240 is my
preferred version of l2h.
