I have Cygnus Beta 19 installed with a bash shell, so Win32 (NT, W95)
should, I suggest, actually appear as a flavour of Unix "Cygwin32" in any
configuration of Latex2html. I'm doing everything on both NT4pl3 at work
and Win95b (i.e. OSR2) at home.

However, I installed Activestate's "Perl for Win32" and, which was
successful except that l2h failed in override.pm because that
implementation of perl does not implement getpwuid().

So I'll go back and try fabrice's specific NT port of l2h.

I'll also try again with a version of perl (5.004_04) specifically ported
to Cygwin32 (which implements it on NT and fakes the user and pw stuff on
Win95). This should make it possible to run the latest LaTeX2html.. anyone
else tried this yet ?
