latex2html: Q: Simple \HTML example

I am trying to figure out how to use \HTML bu the example in the manual is
too hard to follow.  So I used:

\begin{rawhtml}
<A HREF="mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]">[EMAIL PROTECTED]</A>
\end{rawhtml}

How would I do this using \HTML?
