On a set of files that worked in 98.1 I'm started seeing the following
in 98.1p3, and it's still there in 98.1p4:
*** processing declarations ***
OPENING /rndDISKS/oneida1/users/restricted/BlueSky/manual/manual.tex
Cannot create directory html: File exists
Reusing directory html:
texexpand: Cannot open 1
texexpand failed: Operation not permitted
I'd like to try and narrow this down, but some other stuff I've tried
works OK, and neither -debug nor -verbosity 8 gave me anything useful.
Any ideas what I should be looking at?
