Hi,
This is just a huge vote of thanks to both
(a) Fred Bacon for asking the question about duplications of
sections; and
(b) Bruce Miller for providing the RedHat Linux 5.0 (in my case)
work-around.
I'd just reached the point where I was convinced I had done nothing wrong
with the installation ... it worked fine on some SGI machines I also
installed LaTeX2HTML on ... and your question/solution preempted
my request for help to the mailing list.
