This one is now fixed, within: sub process_group_env
if ($contents =~ /^\s*\\($image_switch_rx)\b\s*/s) {
^^^
insert this --------|||
This will gobble any spaces after {\<macro-name>
where the <macro-name> matches the pattern in $image_switch_rx .
It so happens that \sc is one of these.
