Due to the portability of Perl, it *should* run. And yes, you'll need
LaTeX, dvips, ghostscript and netpbm to run LaTeX2HTML in full feature
mode.
If you are willing to try porting LaTeX2HTML for the Mac, I'll be happy to
add any MacOS specifics to the configuration procedure of LateX2HTML. But
be warned: It probably won't be easy work, but I think it's worth the
effort. The Mac community would surely appreciate having LaTeX2HTML on
this platform.
