Moin Moin,
(the northern german form of 'hello')

i'm using LaTeX2HTML V96.1 on a Sun/Solaris 2.5.1 and would like to have
a specific gif and a specific backgroundcolor on every html site
produced by L2HTML.
In my .latex2html-init file there's a sequenz which means

$BODYTEXT="BGCOLOR=........"

but trying to use the command \bodytext results in an error message from
LaTeX and LaTeX2HTML (allthough i'm using html.sty). And the definition
in the $BODYTEXT variable doesn't appear in the html files by itself.

I even tried to use the package 'color', but without effect. And this is
not what i want, i'd like to tell LaTeX2HTML to use a special 'raw html'
sequenz for every page.

Is there a solution for my problem? Would be really nice to here from
you.
Have a nice day

Thorsten
