latex2html: latex2html v98.2 - labels

        I thought I should highlight a problem we have discovered in using
version 98.2 of latex2html.

        I installed the new version of latex2html just before Christmas.
This is version 98.2 (not sure about the patch level). We have just found
that this version of the translator does not appear to deal with labels
properly. Given the latex statement:

\section{This is a section}\label{sec} 

what should be generated is something like... 
(this is as generated by v98.1)

<H1><A NAME="SECTION00040000000000000000">&#160;</A><A
NAME="sec">&#160;</A> 

       Unfortunately v98.2 generates html with empty labels, as in..

<H1><A NAME="SECTION00040000000000000000"></A><A NAME="sec"></A>

       This is invalid html, and does not work.
