Yes, even Paragraphs are included in the toc.

Toc's are included at the main level and in all chapters, sections, etc.
Which is the correct place to put an additional 'subsection' link?
The link has to appear in the corresponding 'section toc' 'chapter toc'
and
in the main toc.
(An example would be great.)

I didn't understand this sentence. Does it mean I can add entries at the
bottom of the toc only, or that there's some separating space?
