There is a command \cleardoublepage used in the markup that
latex2html doesn't understand. But it doesn't need to have
any effect in the html because it only ever occurs where the
section splitting (theoretically) happens. Is this an appropriate
way to tell latex2html to ignore it without ending up with
warnings:

\newcommand{\cleardoublepage}{}
\end{htmlonly}
