[l2h] Where is netpbm 1994p1?

I tried to install the 99.1alpha version and was told that I need
netpbm 1994p1 (Earlier, I was getting by on pbmplus).

Anyway, a netsearch only finds Mar. 1, 1999 versions, nothing after
that.  So, where do I get the p1 version?
