[l2h] verbatim environment

Okay, I found that through-out the latex2html file, the verbatim
database commands had been commented out, so that only the last
verbatim environment was being retained.

I removed the comments and things work fine on my system. Can
anyone tell me what I am risking by uncommenting those lines?
