[l2h] LaTeX2HTML on Win32

Hello

        I am new at this list. It is very important for me to be able to
install LaTeX2HTML on my computer (which runs under Windows95). So far, I
have been unable to do it, although Perl 5.6.0, ghostscript 5.50, and the
Netpbm package have already been installed. Is there anybody out there who
was able to install it?
        Any help will be very much appreciated.
