Is it possible to have the complete table of contents at the first screen (the index.html in general) but NO sub-table of sections/subsections in THE OTHER screens? My reason is that I shall put index.html in one (left side) frame, and all other screens in the right side frame, so that the complete table of contents will always be visible.
