Is there any possibility to get a german frameset? I use:

$default_language = 'german' ;
$TITLES_LANGUAGE = "german";
$german_encoding = 'iso-8859-1';
$LANGUAGE_TITLES = 'german';

and

latex2html -html_version 3.2,frame ...
