Apologies in advance for this - I'm a novice in latex2html, but:
Using \input{filename} latex searches the path set in TEXINPUTS.
latex2html (99.2Beta) does not find a file on the TEXINPUTS path. Is
it possible to set a search path at all in latex2html?
