latex2html 99.1 seems to be turning bits
like this:
See the prompt ``{\bf PIN?}''
into bits like this:
See the prompt ``<B> PIN?</B>''
with a superfluous space. This happens consistently.
I've read through the script several times and gotten lost
trying to find where this translation goes wrong -- anyone
else noticed this or (even better) have a fix?
