I've attached a short document to demonstrate one problem I've been
having. I'm using the \nocite{*} command to generate a list of
publications at the end of the document. I would like to have a new
section, named Publications, that includes a short paragraph of text
at the top, followed by all the bibtex database entries. What I do in
the example works in latex but creates an undesired extra section in
l2h. I think this happens because l2h implements its own
\thebibliography definition, which automatically generates a new
section command internally.

Is there any way to do what I want (which is basically to have _no_
new section automatically generated)?
