[l2h] problems

Dear All,   I am trying to install latex2html on my PC (running Windows98, MikTex).  The running of  config.bat seems fine, but the running of test.bat gave me errors.  The math formulas cannot be converted to images.  I spent a lot  of time trying to figure out what's wrong, but failed and got frustrated.  I would greatly appreciate if you guys  would help me out.
