The file l2hconf.pm contains explanations of the most common
configuration parameters, as Perl variables.
These can be edited there, or overridden in any initialisation file.
In the case of $DO_INCLUDE read also the notes preceding, concerning
$DONT_INCLUDE for the syntax.
