I installed a latex2html version 2002-2-1, and strictly followed the instruction as http://www.mayer.dial.pipex.com/l2h.htm but when I run test.bat, it returned that

... checking texexpand
C:\CTeX\latex2html\texexpand.bat syntax OK
... checking pstoimg
Can't open perl script "C:\CTeX\latex2html\pstoimg.bat": No such file or directory
C:\CTeX\latex2html\latex2html.bat syntax OK
... checking texexpand
C:\CTeX\latex2html\texexpand.bat syntax OK
... checking pstoimg
Can't open perl script "C:\CTeX\latex2html\pstoimg.bat": No such file or directory
and I found that there is no pstoimg.bat file in the directory. But it said the installation is successful.
Can anybody help or give me a copy of the pstoimg.bat
