latex2html compiles this `\newcommand\cond[3]{\ifdefined#1#2\else#3\fi}
\cond\foo{true}{false}`
as `truefalse` and within the console it outputs `Unknown commands: ifdefined
fi foo else`.
And also `\ifx\undefined\undefined A \else B \fi` results in `A B`
