Hi, the current dist https://fossies.org/linux/www/latex2html-2021.tar.gz/ produces HTML versions 3.0, 3.1, 3.2, 4.01, 4.0, 4.1, and 5.0 depending on the setting of ~/ .latex2html-init

Sorry, i am asking this 25 years late, (I was too young then), does current build of Latex2html program support HTML 3.0 output ? I have no programming knowledge to find out, and I'm not a Linux user. I understand that my question is perhaps ridiculous, but I'm serious.
