The first parameter is described but missing. * p. 26, section 8.17 superfluous ) * p. 30, section 8.22, fifth line from the bottom Typo: enviroment * p. 32, section 8.23 square brackets around "placement" * p. 35, section 8.25.2 missing } * p. 35, section 8.25.3 key_list -> keys for consistency with 8.25.2 * p. 52 The second occurrence of \bigcap (above \bigwedge) should be \bigvee. * p. 53 The symbol shown for \ddagger is a single dagger. * p. 55 There is no description of \mho. It's an upside-down \Omega. * p. 55 The symbol listed for \notin is \ni. * p. 59, section 16.3 Typos: cos -> cot, cosh -> coth, deg -> det * p. 60, section 16.4 The second \widehat should be \widetilde.
