Currently we don't have in the SVN repo any multipage HTML. I don't want to do multipage html. Thanks anyway.
However this maintenance could be automated through the Makefile ---
I can do that.
I could have done it too (from the beginning). I decided not to.
For a manual this small, I don't think it's anywhere near worth it. -k
