•         Extensive knowledge and experience with *WCAG 2.0 accessibility
standards and guidelines*

•         Experience with accessibility audit and quality assurance tools
and processes

•         Knowledge of disability law including but not limited to the
*Americans
with Disabilities Act (ADA)*

•         Knowledge and experience with assistive technologies such as JAWS
and NVDA

•         Knowledge and experience with web technologies including *HTML/CSS,
JavaScript, and Web content management systems*

•         Strong organizational and project management skills

•         Effective written and oral communication skills

•         Demonstrated ability to effectively and independently lead
projects to completion

•         Testers who can do testing on test cases and write one

*Responsibilities:*

•         Perform and/or coordinate accessibility audits of prototypes,
websites, and mobile apps

•         Create accessibility reports and presentations as needed

•         Work in collaboration with internal and external teams to
identify strategies and implement accessibility solutions

•         Establish guidelines, best practices and standards related to
designing and maintaining accessible websites, mobile apps, and online
materials

•         Manage trade-off between Accessibility Compliance and Usability

•         Recommend process changes to integrate accessibility at
organizational level

•         Apply  accessible design principles to the web development process
