Sounds good to me. I filed <https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/launchpad-foundations/+bug/409588> for this. (btw is launchpad-foundations the bit that owns lists?) >> In general, any mailing list request should not wait for more than 1 >> working day as is right now. > > The difference between "instantaneous" and "any delay at all" is > infinite, and is a real problem. He needs to either: 1- apply for the list then remember to come back to the task the next day in the hope it's been approved, or 2- send the announcement before people can actually use the link - therefore essentially foisting the same handoff onto all of them. Also, I may be wrong, but there may be a delay over the weekend when there are no Launchpad Canonical staff working - but many users do their open source hacking on the weekend. -- Martin <http://launchpad.net/~mbp/> _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~launchpad-dev Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~launchpad-dev More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
