No, it was never there in the first place. When I designed the workflow, I thought the "just adding a comment" would confuse users and wasn't a very common use case. 3 years later, it seems that I was wrong :-) (We weren't sure about the two buttons design in the first place, so putting 3 was very scary) -- Francis J.
