There are still a couple of good nuggets in there, but the majority of the page is no longer relevant. I'd say just find the bits that are still useful and move them into a better place on the dev wiki. The security.cfg hint might be useful, as is the suggested reading. Maybe one or two other bits, but not a lot more than that. -Barry
